​Here are the minimum order quantities (MOQs) for Nutrabiotics products:

• Stock Products: 2,500 – 5,000 bottles per SKU.
• Custom Capsules or Tablets: 150,000 - 300,000 pieces, or 2,500 - 5,000 bottles at 60-count. Bulk orders: 250,000 pieces.
• Custom Liquid: 2,500 - 5,000 bottles, depending on formula complexity.
• Custom-Flavored Powders: 2,500 bottles per flavor, 100,000 stick packs, or 500 kg.
• Custom Unflavored Powders: 1,000 bottles.
• Custom Cosmeceuticals: 150,000 - 300,000 pieces or 5,000 bottles at 60-count.

The cost of launching a product can vary based on several factors. Stock products typically cost lower, depending on the product and order volume. Custom products depend on ingredient costs, whether a flavor profile is needed, and any R&D involved.

These prices generally include bottling, desiccant packs for freshness, lids, heat induction seals, all GMP compliance testing, tamper-proof neck band seals, and label application. However, they do not cover the cost of labels, shipping, marketing, or other additional expenses.

Nutrabiotics does not manage international shipping directly. However, we are experts in international compliance and can provide you and your freight forwarder with all the necessary documentation for import/export. Your freight forwarder can then pick up the goods from our warehouse and deliver them anywhere worldwide.

We primarily use HDPE and PET bottles available in various sizes and shapes. Additionally, we can work with glass containers and gusset bags. Custom packaging is also an option, though it typically requires higher minimum order quantities set by the packaging supplier. We can accommodate customer-supplied packaging as well, but a sample must be provided beforehand to ensure compatibility with our bottling line.

For new customers, the standard lead time for stock products is 8-10 weeks from label receipt for capsules, liquids, powders, and tablets. For reorders, the lead time is 6-8 weeks, assuming labels are already on hand. We recommend ordering double the number of labels during the initial run to speed up reorders and secure better pricing. Please note that packaging cannot be scheduled until the labels are printed and received by us.

Yes, we can handle all your graphic design and marketing needs through our in-house, nutraceutical-focused design team. Our services include graphic design, logo creation, photography, and promotional videos. These services can be added to your order for an additional cost. With a combined 50 years of experience, our team delivers high-quality, impactful content.

Currently, our high-speed equipment is configured to produce a minimum of 1,000 bottles per SKU for each product.

No, we do not offer drop shipping services.

Yes! Samples can be ordered directly through the Nutrabiotics website. Due to the high volume of inquiries, we are unable to provide free samples. For each of our stock products, you have the option to purchase samples of your choice. Once you place a full product order and become a Nutrabiotics partner or customer, you can request additional samples from your sales representative for any other products you’re interested in.
